  I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND BOBBY AT THE PARTS DESK FOR OFFERING BE A COMPETITIVE PRICE ON AFTERMARKET PARTS AND PROVIDING ME WITH SUPPORT AS I WORKED THROUGH THE INSTALL OF MY TUNER AND DELETE KITS. A DIESEL PERFORMANCE COMPANY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF BY INSISTING I NEEDED ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING TO GET WHAT I WANTED. BOBBY GAVE ME NO NONSENSE ADVICE AND AN HONEST QUOTE ON PARTS. HE WAS ALSO VERY RECEPTIVE TO A FEW CALLS WHEN I HAD SOME QUESTIONS. GOOD HOME TOWN SERVICE...THANKS BOBBY.

  Thank you to the very kind employees at La biche Ford. We were stranded in -30 degree weather because the blower motor in the cab of the truck wouldn't work and we had a 3 hour drive to get back home. They got us right in, shuttled us to a local restaurant while we waited, replaced the blower motor and had us back on the road in no time. One of the best experiences I have ever had!!!

  Had great service from Dave in parts. I wanted internal parts for a 5R55E transmission. Any other ford parts department would have focused on up selling to a reman transmission. Dave dug in like an old school service oriented partsman and got me the parts I wanted in a day and a half. I would buy from La Biche Ford parts department again because of Dave. By the way Brad buy a sign for the parts department kinda makes the business look sketchy when the customer has to walk through the entire building to get to parts.

  What a money scheme company, don't care one bit about you having warranty, just wants what's out of your pocket, charging a crazy amount for a small problem, picking a random amount of hours and charging you for it unbelievable and You know its sad when a auto body shop is 1500$ cheaper then your own vehicle company for the work and part. Terrible services and some very rude people there, absolutely advise you to never trust them or go to them ever. Almost ashamed to say i own a ford if that's how a ford company wants to treat there people. Don't worry OK ford I'm not done with you yet.
